Job summary

Interpipe Builders in Las Piñas is seeking a detail-oriented HR Officer to handle payroll processing and timekeeping for project-based employees. You will monitor daily attendance, coordinate timesheets with project sites, and ensure accurate overtime, leaves, and statutory remittances in line with Philippine laws.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Accounting/BA, at least 2 years in payroll, and strong Excel and payroll system skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in payroll and timekeeping, preferably in a construction company.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and payroll computations.
• Experience handling site-based and project-based employees.
• Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily monitoring and verification of employee timekeeping and attendance.
• Prepare and process payroll for direct hires, project-based employees, and PASA payroll.
• Coordinate with project sites on submission and validation of timesheets.
• Ensure accuracy of overtime, night differential, holidays, and leave credits.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and files.
• Coordinate with Accounting on payroll schedules and disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company payroll policies.
• Address payroll and timekeeping concerns of employees.
• Assist in preparation of government remittances and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
