Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years payroll processing experience with supervisory/lead roles.
• Advanced proficiency in payroll software (Workday, ADP) and MS Excel; knowledge of Philippine tax laws (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Oversee the preparation and processing of bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payrolls. Verify timekeeping data, calculate wages, and process deductions.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate payroll staff. Manage daily workflows and resolve escalated payroll issues.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure strict adherence to local tax and labor regulations. Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with internal or external audits.
• HR Data Management: Coordinate with the broader HR team to update employee records regarding new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for complex payroll inquiries, resolving discrepancies in paychecks or benefits.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on payroll processing and HR experience, including supervisory or team lead roles.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Workday, ADP) and MS Excel. Strong understanding of tax laws and statutory contributions (like SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG in the Philippines).
