Job summary

PHILNOS Corporation in Makati is seeking an on-site Payroll Specialist with 2–5 years of payroll experience in the construction/manpower-intensive sector.

You will process end-to-end payroll for 150–300 employees, compute wages, taxes, and benefits, ensure SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE compliance, and generate reports. Proficiency in Excel and Sprout HRIS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, HR or related field.
• 2–5 years payroll experience, construction industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll computation and statutory benefits.
• Experience handling 150–300 employees.
• Proficient in Excel and Sprout HRIS.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll
• Compute: Daily wages, overtime, holiday pay, and night differential
• Validate and consolidate DTRs from multiple project sites
• Prepare and process statutory contributions: SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG Fund
• Compute and file withholding taxes with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Generate payroll reports and assist in audits
• Ensure compliance with DOLE rules
• Support payroll system data accuracy and integration
