Responsibilities:

• Administer and execute HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

• Assist in compensation and benefits administration, government reporting, and policy implementation.
• Handle employee concerns or conflicts professionally and in line with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
