MUJI Philippines Corp. is seeking a mid‑level HR Recruiter based in Cebu City to lead recruitment efforts, design job descriptions with hiring managers, and manage end‑to‑end candidate evaluation and onboarding support.
The role requires building strong pipelines and ensuring alignment with Philippine HR policies. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of HR experience, a psychology/social sciences background, and excellent communication skills.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
Post job openings on various online platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Review resumes, cover letters, and job applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and personality fit
Administer skills tests and other assessments to determine candidates' competencies and compatibility with the job
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
Negotiate job offers with successful candidates and ensure that they align with the organization's compensation policies
Ensure that recruitment processes are aligned with HR laws and regulations and are compliant with industry best practices
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future recruitment needs
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction levels
Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies based on feedback and data analysis
Stay current with industry trends and best talent acquisition and recruitment marketing practices.
Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires
Assist in the development and delivery of training and development programs
Assist in the management of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs
Performs all duties efficiently, with respect and dignity, in the interest of the employees and the MUJI stakeholders
May be asked to perform tasks not covered in this job description and to provide support to other departments when necessary
Graduate of Psychology, Social Sciences or any related course.
At least 2 years of experience in HR
With proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
