Job summary

Mcars Ph in Malabon City seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement. You will implement policies and lead the HR team to ensure smooth operations across back-office and field teams.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a background in human resources or related fields. This is a full-time on-site role based in Malabon City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Management in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent.

• Well rounded person with strong leadership who can lead a team.

• Oversee the HR Functions from day to day activities that includes, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping and Payroll, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations

• Manages employees from back offices to the operations

• Implements policies and revision of code of conduct and check the employee working conditions

• Plans and Structure the Human Resource Department into corporate Management

• Design strategies and programs that will help the organization to have a stronger foundation
