Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Atleast 1 year of HR experience handling all facets of Human Resources.
- Strong background in Employee Relations and End-to-End Recruitment is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and other employment-related laws.
- Experience in handling disciplinary cases, administrative investigations, grievance management, and employee counseling.
- Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and recruitment planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive employee matters.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Conduct administrative investigations, hearings, and prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), disciplinary notices, and other HR documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of the company's Code of Conduct and disciplinary procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, job offers, and onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical positions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring efficiency, and sourcing effectiveness.
HR Operations
- Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, and government-mandated benefits.
- Process employee enrollments and updates for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory benefits.
- Assist employees with benefits-related concerns.
Performance Management and Training
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing learning and development activities.
- Monitor employee performance improvement plans when necessary.
Policy Administration
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent application of company rules and regulations.
- Recommend improvements to HR processes and systems.
Other Duties
- Support management on HR projects and organizational initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related duties that may be assigned by management.
