St. Joseph Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to enhance the employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance, relations, and HR administration.
You will partner with leaders to ensure fair, effective people practices aligned with company goals. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, facilitate onboarding, maintain confidential HR records, coordinate performance reviews, and prepare payroll inputs, while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
We are looking for an HR Officer who is passionate about creating a positive employee experience and making HR processes simple, organized, and meaningful.
In this role, you will be involved across the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and HR administration. You will work closely with employees and leaders to ensure that our people practices are effective, fair, and aligned with company goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
Facilitate onboarding and help new employees have a smooth start.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data.
Coordinate performance reviews, probationary evaluations, and other HR processes.
Address employee concerns and assist in handling employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Prepare payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and other HR reports.
Help ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll processes is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
