Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. The role requires residency near San Mateo, Rizal, and a valid driver’s license, with fieldwork and government transactions as needed.

The ideal candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, maintain company HR policies, and communicate effectively with staff and management. On-site work in San Mateo is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HR experience.
• Residency within or nearby San Mateo, Rizal.
• Professional driver's license is required.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
• Knowledgeable in government-mandated requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Experience in preparing employment contracts, notices and HR documents.
• Payroll coordination and employee records management.
• Knowledge of company policies and HR procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to conduct field work and government transactions.
