Job summary

One Fitness Horizon is seeking a competent HR Officer to join our team in Laguna. The role supports day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, payroll coordination, and handling employee relations and benefits administration.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR/related field and 1–2 years of HR experience, with knowledge of SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth processes in the Philippines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth processes.
• Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
