Job summary

Remote Philippines is seeking an HR Officer to oversee all people-related functions, from recruiting, onboarding to training, performance, benefits, and employee relations. You will develop policies, ensure legal compliance, and align HR strategy with business goals.

You will liaison between staff and management, handling conflicts and strategic talent management to maximize employee value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
