Job summary

Rifemedica Corporation is seeking a proactive HR Officer to support and strengthen HR operations in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will uphold compliance with HR policies and labor regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

The role covers end-to-end recruitment, policy development, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and HR documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment practices, and HR processes.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
