The role covers end-to-end recruitment, policy development, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and HR documentation.
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Officer to support and strengthen our human resources operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive workplace while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and labor laws.
Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
Administer employee compensation, benefits, leave, and other HR programs.
Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee feedback.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Identify training and development needs and assist in organizing employee learning programs.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Assist in implementing employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment practices, and HR processes.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
