Job description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions, ensuring smooth employee relations and HR operations, and maintaining compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to handle various HR matters professionally and fairly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and offboarding.

• Oversee employee relations, including issuing Notices to Explain (NTE) and implementing appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.

• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and absences to ensure accurate records and adherence to company policies.

• Prepare and administer compensation and benefits packages in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.

• Process statutory benefits and government-mandated contributions, including SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth, to ensure compliance with government requirements.

• Organize company events and employee engagement activities to promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and the Philippine Labor Code, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
