Job summary

Wings Technology Enterprise inc. in Makati is seeking an experienced HR Officer to oversee core HR functions, drive talent acquisition, and strengthen employee engagement across the team.

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to oversee core HR functions, drive talent acquisition, and

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to finalizing job offers.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management, resolving internal grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Policy Implementation: Implement, update, and enforce company policies to ensure alignment with current Philippine labor standards.
• Performance Management: Coordinate annual performance review cycles and support managers with employee development plans.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the administration of government-mandated benefits, healthcare plans (HMO), and payroll processing queries.

Must be a graduate of AB or BS
