TRADEMASTER RESOURCES CORPORATION is seeking an HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance in the Philippines. You will support end-to-end recruitment, administer benefits, and maintain HR records.
You will ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, coordinate with providers for HMO enrollment, and assist in HR reporting and administration, helping maintain a positive, compliant workplace.
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is capable of handling multiple HR and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Handle the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
Administer employee benefits, including HMO enrollment, updates, and coordination with providers.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
UtilizeCRM, Zoho applications and EDS to manage HR processes, employee records, and recruitment activities.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations when necessary.
Assist in managing scholarship applications, documentation, and related processes.
Support employee engagement activities, performance management, and other HR initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Code and employee relations.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Proficient in using CRM system, Zoho applications and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of HMO administration and employee benefits.
Experience in arranging corporate travel and flight bookings is an advantage.
Familiarity with scholarship processing or educational assistance programs is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
