Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage payroll processing, travel arrangements, and HR initiatives.

The role will support the development and implementation of HR systems and administer programs across compensation, benefits, leave, and disciplinary matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of HR Generalist experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledgeable in HR functions such as payroll, benefits, last pay processing, booking, and travel allowance.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrates integrity, strong ethics, and reliability.
  • Ability to take on leadership responsibilities when required.

Responsibilities

  • Handles last pay processing, booking of tickets, and travel allowance arrangements.
  • Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs, including but not limited to: Compensation, Benefits, Leave administration, Disciplinary matters, Disputes and investigations, Performance and talent management, Employee productivity, recognition, and morale, Occupational health and safety, Training and development.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Assists in the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintains employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
