Job summary

Lindenrock Builders, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, payroll, and employee relations for office and project teams in the Philippines. You will manage multi-task HR activities, maintain confidential records, and ensure adherence to labor regulations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of HR experience, strong communication, and proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and labor regulations.
  • Experience in DTR, attendance, leave, and payroll processing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidential employee records.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and hiring for office and project-based positions.
  • Post job vacancies, screen applicants, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads and project managers.
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain updated employee records, 201 files, and HR trackers.
  • Monitor attendance, DTRs, overtime, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll-related records.
  • Assist in handling employee concerns, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
  • Document employee incidents and prepare necessary HR notices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor requirements.
  • Assist in employee performance evaluations, regularization, and promotions.
  • Coordinate employee training, seminars, orientations, and development programs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, forms, and procedures.
  • Maintain organized and confidential HR records.
  • Support employee engagement, team-building, and company activities.
  • Coordinate project manpower requirements and employee deployment when needed.
  • Prepare regular HR and manpower reports for management.
  • Promote professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and company values.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by Management.
