I. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Reads all the documents turned over by the Special Projects Department (SPD) once the project is awarded to PDI;
- Coordinates with the consulting team for the project briefing;
- Coordinates with the client for the inception meeting;
- Prepares the documentations and minutes of the meetings;
- Facilitates the submission of the inception report by working closely with the consultants;
- Translates the work plan from the client-approved Inception Report to a dashboard for the project monitoring;
- Closely monitors the work activities of the consultants;
- Coordinates with the clients on files, schedules, information, and/or clarification needed by the project team to carry on with the projects;
- Coordinates with the consulting team in the development of project output (e.g., forms, survey instruments, FGD/interview questionnaires, research design, sampling methodology, reports, etc.);
- Endorses the output to the client for approval;
- Coordinates with the project team regarding client feedback and requests;
- Ensures that project deliverables are submitted according to the timelines specified in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the project;
- Responds to client inquiries and requests as promptly as possible;
- Relays concerns and issues regarding project implementation to the CSU;
- Monitors the progress and updates the project monitoring dashboard;
- Relays upcoming deadlines to the consulting team and to CSU for immediate and appropriate action;
- Reminds consultants regarding their deliverables and responsibilities;
- Escalates project concerns to the CS Director to ensure that contract provisions are fulfilled and to avoid penalties for noncompliance;
- Coordinates with the CS Director for the generation of billing request based on the payment tranches declared in the SLA;
- Attends to the requests of the consultants to ensure smooth collaboration all throughout the project implementation; and,
- Prepares the presentation materials for meetings and sessions with clients and consolidates all submitted deliverables then uploads the files to the designated project files cloud storage folder.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a college degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Organization Development, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Preferably with a Master’s Degree or at least units toward a Master’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field, but not required.
- At least three (3) years of related working experience in HR and OD ·
- At least one (1) year of exposure to a client relations management role
