Job summary

People Dynamics, Inc. in Pasig is seeking an on-site Project/HR Coordinator to manage documentation, client coordination, and dashboard development for project monitoring.

The role emphasizes engagement with the Special Projects Department and consultants to ensure timely deliverables. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business/Administration and has at least three years in HR/OD with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or related field.
• 3+ years of HR/OD experience.
• Experience in client relations management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read project documents from SPD and coordinate project briefing.
• Coordinate with clients for inception meetings and maintain communication.
• Prepare documentation and minutes of meetings; ensure SLA timelines.
• Develop dashboards from inception work plans and monitor progress.
• Endorse outputs to clients and handle feedback for project execution.
