Job summary

INGCOPH TRADERS INC. seeks a Registered Nurse to manage its on-site clinic in Bulacan and provide immediate care to employees. You will perform medical examinations, maintain records, and coordinate health services with external clinics and HMOs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and on-site medical treatment for employees.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to employees on-site

• Conduct pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical examinations

• Maintain and stock the clinic with medical supplies and equipment

• Monitor workplace conditions and report health hazards to the Safety Officer

• Implement and promote occupational health and wellness programs

• Conduct health and safety orientations/trainings for employees

• Coordinate with external clinics, hospitals, and HMO providers for referrals

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment support (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)

• Maintain and update 201 files (employee personnel records)

• Assist in policy dissemination and compliance monitoring (company handbook, DOLE requirements)

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license (BLS/First Aid certification preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a company/occupational health nurse (industry-specific experience a plus)

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations

• Familiarity with timekeeping systems and HR processes is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and record-keeping skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
