ACCUPLAS INT'L CORP. is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage our on-site clinic and monitor employees' health. You will provide first aid, maintain confidential records, and ensure fit-to-work documentation is complete before staff return to duty.
You will collaborate with the company doctor and HR to support wellness programs and compliance with DOLE regulations. Manufacturing exposure and OSH training are a plus.
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Philippine PRC license.
At least 1 year of experience as a company nurse or in an occupational health/clinical nursing or similar role.
Preferably with experience in Manufacturing Industry.
With BOSH / OSH training or OHNAP certification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of workplace health, safety and relevant DOLE/occupational health regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess employee's health conditions during clinic visits and maintain accurate records of each consultation.
Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care, including administering prescribed medicines within your scope of practice for work-related and non-work-related cases.
Maintain complete, confidential medical and health records of all employees, including logs of clinic visits, accidents, and follow-ups.
Ensure submission and proper filing of "fit-to-work" certificates and other required medical documents before employees return to work.
Review medical results and coordinate with the company doctor/HR for any findings that may affect fitness for work.
Plan and support health, safety and wellness programs such as orientations, health talks, vaccination drives, and wellness campaigns.
Assist in the conduct of annual physical examinations and other mandatory medical exams.
Monitor and manage clinic inventory including medicines, medical supplies, and equipment, ensuring availablity and proper storage.
Prepare and submit health and safety reports (e.g. incident/accident reports, monthly clinic statistics, DOLE reports if applicable).
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and company policies at all times .
Support HR in processing health-related employee benefits and documentation, as needed.
