• Provide basic medical care, first aid, and maintain employee health records.
• Support company health programs and ensure clinic readiness.
• Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate timekeeping records.
• Validate leaves, absences, and other attendance-related concerns.
• Coordinate with departments on attendance discrepancies.
• Prepare timekeeping reports for payroll processing.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and enforcing company policies.
