Advance Food Concepts Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Company Nurse to manage the in-house clinic, provide first aid, and coordinate medical programs.

You will ensure occupational health and safety compliance, conduct health education, and maintain confidential medical records. Fresh graduates with PRC license encouraged to apply, with at least one year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.

Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate first aid and emergency treatment to employees who become ill or sustain injuries in the workplace.
  • Assess employees' health conditions and determine appropriate medical interventions or referrals.
  • Administer prescribed medications as necessary within the scope of nursing practice.
  • Monitor employees returning to work after illness or injury and evaluate fitness for duty.
  • Implement and monitor the company's occupational health and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards and other applicable government regulations.
  • Participate in workplace hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
  • Assist in accident investigations and prepare incident and medical reports.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records.
  • Monitor and replenish clinic medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE), pre-employment medical examinations (PEME), and vaccination programs.
  • Track employees' medical clearances, fit-to-work certificates, and health-related documentation.
  • Conduct health education sessions and wellness campaigns.
  • Promote healthy lifestyle practices and preventive healthcare initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing company health activities such as blood donation drives, flu vaccinations, and wellness seminars.
  • Coordinate with accredited hospitals, clinics, physicians, and diagnostic centers.
  • Prepare and submit reports required by DOLE and other government agencies when applicable.
  • Assist in implementing health protocols during disease outbreaks or public health emergencies.
  • Support HR in health-related employee concerns and return-to-work processes.
  • Respond promptly to workplace medical emergencies.
  • Participate in emergency response and disaster preparedness activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Management.

Education

Experience
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, Clinic Nurse, or Hospital Nurse is preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with an active PRC License are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge
  • Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, and Emergency Response.

  • DOLE regulations and workplace health requirements.

  • Medical record management and employee health monitoring.

Skills

  • Good organizational and documentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) training is an advantage.

  • Training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), First Aid, CPR, and AED is an advantage.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
