Job summary

Creative-Solutions Advertising Services is seeking an HR Officer to oversee all HR functions at our Caloocan office. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–5 years of HR management experience.

You will manage recruitment, employee relations, and talent management while developing policies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in human resources management.
• Strong employee relations skills, talent management, excellent communication skills, and process management abilities.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
