• Ensure compliance with DOLE and other statutory requirements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related concerns of employees.
• Contribute to the development of company policies, procedures, and ISO framework.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
