We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources functions within a fast-paced BPO environment. In this role, you will partner with operational leaders to drive employee engagement, manage talent retention, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws, all tailored to the unique demands of a 24/7 graveyard/multishift operation.
Handle complex employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievances, while championing initiatives to boost morale and minimize attrition.
Collaborate with site leaders and account managers to align HR strategies with workforce planning, headcounts, and operational goals.
Oversee performance appraisal cycles, career progression frameworks, and coaching programs for supervisors and individual contributors.
Ensure all HR policies and practices fully comply with local labor regulations and company standards.
Track key metrics such as absenteeism, attrition, and headcount movement, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Coach and mentor an HR team (recruiters, generalists, or specialists) to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of HR management or generalist experience, with at least 2 years specifically supporting a BPO or contact center environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong familiarity with BPO dynamics, including high-volume staffing, shift schedules, night differential administration, and high-attrition mitigation strategies.
In-depth knowledge of local labor codes, employment laws, and statutory benefits.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. High proficiency in handling sensitive employee data and confidential matters.
