Role Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for providing end-to-end HR leadership, ensuring strong alignment between people strategy and business objectives. This role leads the HR Team, drives a high-performance and compliant workplace culture, and oversees all core human resources and office administration functions.
The HR Manager plays a critical role in managing employee relations, disciplinary processes, and investigations, while ensuring full compliance with employment laws, workers’ rights, and internal policies. This position acts as a trusted partner to leadership in building a respectful, engaged, and high-performing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s people strategy aligned with overall business goals and direction
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR Team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and professional growth
- Champion organizational culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with department leaders to support business outcomes and workforce needs
- Manage the operating budget for Human Resources and Office Administration, including general office upkeep
- Oversee end-to-end employee relations and disciplinary processes, including performance management and corrective actions
- Draft and issue formal HR documentation, including memos, notices, and official correspondence
- Conduct investigatory meetings, fact-finding interviews, and disciplinary hearings in a fair, objective, and compliant manner
- Ensure all HR practices comply with employment legislation, workers’ rights, and internal policies
- Provide guidance and advisory support to managers on employee relations matters and best-practice HR processes
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and case documentation
- Support the development, review, and consistent implementation of HR policies across the organization
- Act as a trusted point of contact for escalated employee concerns and workplace issues
- Partner with leadership to promote a compliant, respectful, and high-performance workplace culture
- Leverage HR analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Oversee office administration and general office upkeep, including employee pantry services and ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Leader within the BPO industry
- Strong background in employee relations, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations
- Demonstrated experience drafting formal HR documentation and official correspondence
- Solid understanding of employment law, workers’ rights, and workplace compliance standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally
- High attention to detail and strong capability to manage confidential matters with discretion
- Strong understanding of BPO operations and fast-paced environments
