We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the organization's human resources functions in a school/educational setting. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs, supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and providing HR guidance to faculty, staff, and management.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
Manage recruitment and staffing requirements for both teaching and non-teaching personnel.
Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace issues.
Administer employee benefits, compensation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related programs.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and relevant government regulations.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance evaluation and employee development programs.
Coordinate HR-related activities, meetings, orientations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide HR advice and recommendations to school administrators and management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with experience in a school, university, or other educational institution required.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and labor standards.
Experience handling both teaching/faculty and non-teaching personnel is an advantage.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated employment regulations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and other HR-related systems.
