Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive generalist HR experience.
• Two+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and DOLE compliance.
• Hands-on in recruitment, ER, performance mgmt, comp & benefits, policy implementation, and HR documentation.
• Experience supporting multiple branches/business units.

• Improve workforce planning and recruitment for critical and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Provide management with accurate HR reports, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
• Build credibility with both employees and management through consistent and timely execution.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive generalist HR experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, due process, disciplinary procedures, and DOLE compliance.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy implementation, and HR documentation.
• Experience supporting multiple branches or business units is strongly preferred.
