About the role

At City Garden Grand Hotel, we are seeking an exceptional HR Manager to oversee our people-focused initiatives and ensure the overall wellbeing of our valued employees. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a strategic role in shaping our company culture and driving talent management strategies that support our company business goals. This full-time position is based at our Makati City, Metro Manila office and offers opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic hospitality organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing expert HR advice and guidance to all levels of the organization

2. Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development

3. Designing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices

4. Managing employee relations and addressing any workplace issues or concerns

5. Spearheading organizational development initiatives that foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce

6. Liaising with department heads to understand and address their HR-related needs

7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

8. Contributing to the strategic direction of the HR function and the overall business

What we're looking for

1. Extensive HR management experience, ideally in the hospitality industry

2. Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
