Developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive HR policies, procedures and guidelines aligned with company values and legal requirements
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding of new employees
Overseeing employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling and conflict resolution
Designing and delivering employee training and development programmes to enhance skills and career progression
Managing compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, leave management and statutory compliance
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations and company policies
Maintaining accurate HR records, documentation and reporting systems
Collaborating with line managers to support workforce planning and organisational development
Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting employee engagement initiatives
Handling confidential HR matters with discretion and professionalism
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a progressive HR role
In-depth knowledge of Philippines employment laws, regulations and compliance requirements
Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations and talent management
Strong understanding of compensation, benefits and payroll administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels
Demonstrated proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Problem-solving capability with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Professional certification such as CHRP, PHR or equivalent HR credentials is highly desirable
Experience in the security services or technology sectors would be advantageous
