Job summary

EasyFood Restaurants Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Head Office in Ortigas, Pasig City on a full-time basis. This strategic role shapes our culture, supports growth, and ensures we attract, develop, and retain top talent across our restaurant operations.

The HR Manager will report to senior leadership, implement HR strategies aligned with our objectives, and drive employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist HR manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, PHR) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job profiling, advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management conversations in line with company policies and Philippine labour laws.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, performance incentives, and employee benefit schemes.
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate staff development programs, including leadership training and skills development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Philippine labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, including documentation and record-keeping requirements.
• Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee database administration.
• Foster employee engagement through the development and execution of engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications.
• Provide HR advisory support to management on personnel matters, workplace relations, and organizational development.
• Monitor workplace health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives to create a safe and supportive work environment.
