Job summary

City Garden Suites Manila invites applications for an Human Resources Manager to support the General Manager and President. The role covers policy formulation, recruitment, documentation, benefits and wage administration, job analysis, training, and coordination with partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR and leadership within a hotel environment. Reporting to top management, the HR Manager oversees all HR functions, ensures fair policies, and drives employee relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Policy formulation: Assist management in formulating personnel policies, procedures and programs for employment, compensation, benefits and records management.
• HR acquisition: recruitment, selection and placement to ensure adequate qualified manpower per approved plan; conduct interviews for regularization/promotion.
• Personnel documentation: ensure pre-employment documents, verify data integrity, document personnel movements, and release performance appraisal forms on time.
• Benefits administration and wages: formulate and evaluate benefits policies; assist in wage/salary administration per job evaluation results; implement compensation programs.
• Job analysis and evaluation: oversee job analysis and keep job descriptions updated.
• Training and development: administer training programs and ensure transfer of technology to staff.
• Administrative duties and coordination: disseminate company policies, maintain discipline, and coordinate with partners and manpower agencies.

Education

Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent
