Elevate Global Health Inc. is seeking a strategic and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our management team at our Lipa City Batangas location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in shaping our organisational culture and driving human capital excellence across the company. As Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent whilst maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.
Develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategies and policies that support organisational growth and employee engagement
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees
Lead employee relations initiatives, handling performance management, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local regulations and market competitiveness
Design and deliver training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression
Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and organisational policies across all HR functions
Maintain accurate HR records and reporting systems, generating insights for management decision-making
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives
Collaborate with senior management to address organisational challenges and contribute to strategic planning
Conduct HR audits and implement continuous improvements to HR processes and practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a human resources management role, preferably in a multi-departmental or corporate environment
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations management
Strong understanding of compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organisational levels
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strategic thinking capabilities with an ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions
Experience with performance management systems and employee development programmes is highly advantageous
HR certification (such as CHRP or equivalent) is preferred but not essential
