Job summary

Quickstart Inc. in Metro Manila is hiring an HR Manager to oversee daily HR activities, align HR initiatives with company goals, and manage recruitment and onboarding across all employee levels.

The role requires at least 4 years of HR management experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Onsite work in Makati City with benefits including HMO, 13th month pay, and meal allowance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR activities for the company, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all levels of employees.
• Lead annual HR policy reviews and maintain an HR database through appropriate systems.
• Oversee the Annual Training Plan, identifying gaps and ensuring relevant skills development.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, employee relations, and compliance with health and safety standards.
