Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an entry-level HR Advisor to support US/Canada with front-line HR helpdesk services. You will handle inquiries on Benefits, Payroll, Compliance, IT, and more, triaging Tier 1 issues and guiding managers and employees through HR processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, have 2+ years of experience with sensitive information, and can work night shifts including Philippine holidays. Experience with Workday/ServiceNow is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience with sensitive employment information.
• Demonstrates self-direction and ability to work under moderate supervision.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Front-line HR advisor handling inquiries across Benefits, Payroll, Compliance, IT, Talent, HRIS, Procurement and Accounts Payable.
• Provide Tier 1 HR support and triage inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of HR lifecycle and standard company processes across platforms.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, cases, and email within SLA.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders.
• Manage tasks in HR ticketing system and escalate when needed.
