Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Entry-level People Services Helpdesk Admin to support US/Canada inquiries from its Philippines-based team. You will handle benefits, payroll, compensation, and HRIS questions, ensuring accurate updates and timely resolutions across platforms.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HR and 2+ years of related experience, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work night shifts and Philippine holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of experience handling sensitive employment information.
• Experience with HRIS systems and customer-facing support.
• Willingness to work night shifts and Philippine holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line point of contact for employee inquiries across benefits, payroll, HRIS and more.
• Provide Tier 1 shared services support and triage inquiries within SLAs.
• Coordinate full employee life cycle activities across platforms and processes.
• Maintain accurate updates and resolutions for employees and managers.
