Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a People Services Advisor for North America to serve as the front-line contact for employee inquiries across benefits, payroll, and HR processes. You will coordinate the complete employee life cycle and liaise with HR Centers of Excellence while meeting SLA/KPI targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 2+ years in HR Shared Services and 3+ years in HR operations or employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in HR Shared Services or related Global HR function.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR operations, employee relations, or related functions.
• Able to work at night or during Philippine holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Shared Services Tier 1 and 2 support and triage inquiries.
• Support HR matters across the full employee life cycle.
• Respond to questions regarding standard HR procedures to managers and employees.
