Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an entry-level People Services Helpdesk Admin to support the US and Canada, handling benefits, payroll, compensation, and HRIS inquiries. You will provide Tier 1 assistance, triage cases, and maintain the full employee life cycle across multiple platforms and processes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration, 2+ years of related experience, and the ability to work night shifts in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience handling sensitive employment information.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line HR helpdesk support for employee inquiries across benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
• Triage and resolve inquiries to meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Coordinate and maintain the full employee life cycle across company platforms and processes.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders as needed.
