Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Junior People Services Advisor for North America to act as the frontline contact for employee inquiries and to coordinate the full employee life cycle across multiple HR platforms. The role supports US and Canada with Tier 1 services and requires handling sensitive information with professionalism.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years’ experience, including Workday and ServiceNow familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of professional or related experience with handling sensitive employment information.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and during Philippine holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line point of contact for employee inquiries across Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Regulatory & Compliance, Employee Relations and more.
• Coordinate and maintain full employee life cycle within standard company processes and platforms.
• Provide Tier 1 Shared Services support and triage inquiries within SLAs and KPIs.
• Communicate effectively using email, phone, chat, and other channels; own tasks and projects.
