You will handle full-cycle HR tasks, respond to inquiries via phone or email, and use knowledge databases to resolve tickets while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Answer employee and partner inquiries via phone or email.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provide accurate information using HR policies and systems.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with timely ticket resolution.

Responsibilities

• 1. Manages full-cycle job posting, background checks and assessments, onboarding, PAN creation and updates, I-9 verification, and first-day readiness.
• 2. Manages full-cycle terminations, UKG submission, paperwork, exit interviews, and unemployment.
• 3. Provide quality customer service in response to inquiries made via phone or email from employees, managers, and external business contacts.
• 4. Identify and assess customers’ needs. Work efficiently to resolve and close tickets accurately and timely
• 5. Use procedures, policies, knowledge database and other reference materials to assist in answering inquiries
• 6. Initiate outbound calls to follow up on various incomplete items
• 7. Prepare employment related documents, such as change notices and employment agreements as needed
