Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines is seeking an HR Labor Relations Advisor (night shift) to provide end-to-end HR operational support to employees across the US and Canada, handling inquiries, maintaining payroll and benefits records in Workday, and supporting union and compliance audit activities.

The role partners with HR stakeholders to deliver timely service, meet SLAs/KPIs, support Tier1 and Tier2 cases, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience across the full employee lifecycle in a complex environment.
• Proven ability to work with HR systems and data reporting for compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR administrative activities and respond to employee inquiries across channels.
• Process and maintain deduction records in Workday for payroll accuracy.
• Prepare and support union and compliance audits by gathering documentation and generating reports.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to meet SLAs/KPIs and drive improvements.
