Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an experienced People Services Advisor to support North America from the Philippines. You will act as the front-line contact for employee inquiries and manage HR processes end-to-end across multiple platforms.

You will triage, resolve, and route requests within SLAs, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HR operations are required, with night shifts and Philippine holidays expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with work experience in global HR Shared Services.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR operations or employee relations.
• Experience supporting US/Canada is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line point of contact for employee inquiries (Benefits, Payroll, etc.).
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 HR shared services support and triage inquiries.
• Maintain full employee lifecycle knowledge across systems and processes.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email within SLA.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders.
