Job summary

Capital One Philippines Service Corp. is seeking a Fixed Term Associate to support the HR Help Center, handling Tier 1 inquiries and coordinating with HR functions to ensure timely resolutions.

The role involves process support via HRIS, ticketing tools, and telephony, with possible rotations across HR sub-functions. You will contribute to logistics for department programs, discuss development plans with your manager, and support multiple HR processes.

Qualifications

• Educational background as stated: college graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh grad or with relevant work experience.
• Knowledge/experience in HR Contact Center using Amazon Connect or any cloud contact system.
• Knowledge/experience in HRIS tools (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft).
• Knowledge/experience in Case Ticketing Tools (Salesforce, Service Now, Siebel).
• Knowledge/experience in Gsuites; must possess analytical skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR Help Center sub-function, handling Tier 1 inquiries and cases.
• Process associate concerns via HRIS, ticketing tools, and phone platform; resolve Tier 1 cases.
• Coordinate and assign Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions and track resolutions.
• Provide logistics/administrative support for department programs/events.
• Discuss personal development plans and provide progress updates during reviews.
• May rotate across related HR sub-functions and other duties as needed.
