Job summary

Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas is seeking an experienced HR Leader to shape and execute HR strategies across the organization.

You will oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and fostering a productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory or team lead exposure.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS and training development experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction in HR strategies, policies, and programs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Supervise payroll administration and government compliance.
• Drive the performance management process and succession planning initiatives.
• Implement employee engagement and wellness programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, reporting, and compliance.
• Guide, mentor, and evaluate HR staff.
• Advise management on HR-related strategies, labor issues, and organization improvements.
• Represent the company in dealings with government agencies and external partners on HR-related matters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the COO/President and CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction in the planning, development, and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs.

• Lead and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure efficient workforce management.

• Oversee employee relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring fairness and compliance with labor laws.

• Supervise payroll administration, employee benefits, and government compliance to maintain accuracy and timeliness.

• Dive the performance management process and support continuous employee development and succession planning initiatives.

• Implement employee emngagement and wellness programs to foster motivation, productivity, and retention.

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Guide, mentor, and evaluate HR staff to ensure high performance and quality service delivery

• Advice management on HR-related strategies, labor issues, and organization improvements.

• Represents the company in dealing with government agencies and external partners on HR-related matters.
