Job summary

The HR Supervisor will oversee day-to-day human resource operations at Philkonst Global Corporation, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies across office and project sites in a fast-paced construction setting.

You will lead recruitment, timekeeping, payroll coordination with accounting, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government requirements such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE.

About the role

The HR Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day human resource operations of the company, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor regulations. The role will support both office and project site operations within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process for office and project-based employees
• Coordinate with department heads and project managers regarding manpower requirements
• Conduct applicant screening, interviews, and selection recommendations
• Ensure timely deployment of workers to project sites
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues
• Ensure proper documentation and handling of disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws
• Facilitate investigations and administrative hearings when necessary
• Supervise HR administrative functions including employee records, contracts, and documentation
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures
• Maintain updated employee files and HR databases

• Ensure attendance records, overtime, and leave monitoring are properly documented
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations

• Assist in handling labor-related concerns and documentation
• Identify training needs and assist in organizing employee development programs
• Support onboarding and orientation for newly hired employees
• Supervise HR staff and ensure efficient HR service delivery
• Provide guidance and support to team members in HR-related functions
