Job description
An HR Specialist is responsible for supporting payroll processing, employee records management, and compliance with government-mandated benefits for both office and project-based employees in the construction industry. The role ensures accurate payroll coordination, proper documentation, and compliance with Philippine labor regulations
Manage recruitment and staffing for office and project-based positions, including engineers, technical staff, and site workers.
Prepare employment documents such as contracts, job offers, and onboarding requirements
Conduct initial applicant screening and coordinate interviews with department heads and project managers.
Assist in payroll preparation, including timekeeping validation, overtime monitoring, and leave records.
Coordinate with the Accounting/Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Monitor manpower deployment and coordinate with project teams regarding staffing requirements.
Coordinate training programs, safety orientations, and HR briefings for employees
Process and monitor government-mandated contributions, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
Prepare and submit required employee documentation and reports to government agencies when necessary.
Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records.
Support recruitment activities, including applicant screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation.
Assist in handling employee concerns, HR inquiries, and disciplinary documentation when required.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies aligned with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Coordinate with project sites regarding manpower records, attendance, and employee status updates.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management
