Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Excellent training and development abilities, with a focus on workforce enhancement.
• Proficient in human resource planning with practical leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Establish and maintain positive employee relations while addressing employee concerns.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
• Organize and facilitate training and development initiatives for staff.
• Assist in human resource planning and strategy development to support organizational growth.
