A nonprofit organization in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage all recruitment processes, support employee relations, and enhance employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, along with 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Establish and maintain positive employee relations while addressing employee concerns.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
• Organize and facilitate training and development initiatives for staff.
• Assist in human resource planning and strategy development.
