Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce development. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, and coordinate interviews with department heads to build a strong talent pool.

You will oversee performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and HR compliance, ensuring policies and government requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple channels.
• Ability to conduct interviews and screen candidates effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and development plans.
• Facilitate disciplinary actions and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate training programs and assess learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Manages performance appraisals and development plans.
• Addresses employee concerns and maintains relations.

• Analyzes workforce data and supports organizational development.
